Yes. Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with industry-standard encryption. Each facility account is completely isolated — your staff data is only visible to your team. We never share or sell your data. Sessions expire after 30 days and passwords are hashed with scrypt.

Absolutely. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time from your account page — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans can be canceled with a refund within the first 7 days, or you can choose to let it run out at renewal. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Your 14-day free trial gives you full access with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan — Monthly at $39/mo or Annual at $348 ($29/mo, billed once per year). Annual subscribers save $120/year. If you don't choose a plan, your account moves to a limited read-only state. You'll never be charged without an explicit plan selection.

Both paid plans include unlimited staff members across all 6 departments. The free trial supports up to 10 staff members so you can explore the full feature set. There's no cap on certifications, certifications per staff member, or departments.

Yes. The Staff Training Tracker is fully responsive — designed for DONs and administrators who check compliance on the go during shifts. The dashboard, staff list, and alert settings all work on phones and tablets. The compliance dashboard is especially useful on a tablet in the conference room.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation for export purposes. After 30 days, it is removed from our servers. We recommend exporting your CSV before canceling. You can always re-subscribe and your account history can be restored if you reach out within 90 days.
