Unlimited. There are no per-resident or per-user seat fees. One flat subscription covers your entire facility.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Monthly subscribers are charged through the end of the current period. Annual subscribers retain access through the end of the paid year.

Is my data secure?

Your facility data is stored securely in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. Each facility's data is fully isolated — no facility can see another's residents or records. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card information.

Does this replace our EHR or MDS software?

No — the Discharge Planning Command Center is a workflow coordination tool, not a clinical record system. It sits alongside your EHR to keep your discharge team organized, deadline-aware, and audit-ready.
